ANTELOPE VALLEY MODEL RAILROAD CLUB 01 December 2000 Lancaster, California Minutes of the December 2000 regular business meeting. CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order by Mr. Crawford at 2011 hours in the Club car on the AV Fairgrounds. ROLL CALL Members present: J. Beasley, R. Boone, T. Crawford, D. Frozina, M. Lacey, J. Madriaga, H. Morris, D. Tate, H. Veihdeffer, J. Wetzel, R. Wetzel, and R. Ybarra. DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES Mr. Veihdeffer moved and Mr. Lacey seconded that the reading of the minutes from the last regular meeting be waived and that they be approved as written. The motion passed unanimously. Mr. Beasley moved and Mr. Veihdeffer seconded to move the agenda to Special Orders. The motion passed unanimously. SPECIAL ORDERS Mr. Crawford opened the elections for the 2001 officers. Mr. Frozina distributed the butterfly ballots, which were subsequently punched, returned, and counted by Mr. Frozina and Mr. Ybarra. The following persons were elected to office on the first ballot: President Tom Crawford Vice President Howdy Veihdeffer Secretary Don Frozina Treasurer Ray Wetzel Publicist Joe Beasley Superintendant Norm Schultz Congratulations all!
