Minutes of the December 2001 regular business meeting.
CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order by Mr. Crawford at 2053 hours in the private
dining room of the Palmdale Hometown Buffet.
ROLL CALL
Members present: T. Crawford, D. Frozina, M. Lacey, N. Schultz, D. Tate,
H. Veihdeffer, R. Wetzel and R. Ybarra.
DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES
Mr. Lacey moved and Mr. Tate seconded that the reading of the minutes
from the last regular meeting be waived and that they be approved as
written. The motion passed unanimously.
Mr. Frozina moved and Mr. Veihdeffer seconded to move the agenda to
Special Orders. The motion passed unanimously.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Mr. Frozina reported on the election outcome. The following persons
were elected to office for 2002:
President Tom Crawford
Vice President Joe Beasley
Secretary Don Frozina
Treasurer Norm Schultz
Publicist Joe Beasley
Superintendent Howdy Veihdeffer

ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Veihdeffer moved and Mr. Lacey seconded to adjourn the meeting. The
motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 2055 hours.
