CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order by Mr. Crawford at 2006 hours in the Club car on the AV Fairgrounds. ROLL CALL Members present: J. Beasley, R. Boone, T. Crawford, M. Lacey, M. McKennie, H. Morris, N. Schultz, and D. Tate. Guests present: Tammy Glasgow, and Geri Schultz. DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES The minutes from the past meeting were unavailable. COMMUNICATIONS Two pieces of mail we received: W.G.H. and an open house flier. OFFICER REPORTS President: Mr. Crawford had no report. Vice President: Mr. Beasley had no report. Secretary: Mr. Frozina was absent. Treasurer: Mr. Schultz reported that both Mr. Lacey and Mr. Madriaga need arrears letter. Mr. Lacey is 5 months in arrears, and Mr. Madriaga is 3 months in arrears. We are solvent. Publicist: Mr. Beasley reported that our open house notice has appeared in Model Railroader, Model Railroading, and Model Railroad Craftsman. Superintendent: Mr. Veihdeffer was absent. COMMITTEE REPORTS Electrical: Mr. Tate had no report. Fair Liaison: Mr. Schultz had no report. Grounds: Mr. Veihdeffer was absent. Housekeeping: Mr. Lacey reported that house cleaning will be on August 10th at 7 am. Operations: Mr. Veihdeffer was absent. Rolling Stock: Mr. Madriaga was absent. Scenery/Structures: Mr. Tate reported that he will build the new station. Track: Mr. Tate had no report. SPECIAL ORDERS None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None. NEW BUSINESS Fair Work Schedule Sign-up Sheet: Will be posted by Mr. Frozina soon. Fair Passes: 12x10 day passes; 1 parking pass. ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. Veihdeffer is at The Drifters Concert. July 27th at the Los Angeles Live Steamers, party for Mr. Veihdeffer. NEXT MEETING The next regular business meeting will be on Friday, 1 August 2003 at 2000 hours in the Club car.
