ANTELOPE VALLEY MODEL RAILROAD CLUB 10 October 2003 Lancaster, California Minutes of the October 2003 special business meeting. CALL TO ORDER Special meeting was called to order by President Crawford at 2055 hours in the Club car on the AV Fairgrounds. ROLL CALL Members present: J. Beasley, J. Cenkner, J.E. Cenkner, T. Crawford, D. Frozina, M. Lacey, J. Madriaga, and H. Morris. Guest present: Heidi Beasley, Katelyn Frozina, and Bill Shiverdecker. Mr. Crawford passed the gavel to Mr. Beasley. SPECIAL ORDERS Honorary Membership: Mr. Crawford moved and Mr. Lacey seconded to make Howdy Veihdeffer an Honorary Member. Discussion followed. The motion passed unanimously. Congratulations Howdy! Mr. Beasley returned the gavel to Mr. Crawford. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Anniversary Dinner: Mr. Beasley will contact Ramons in Mojave, and Mr. Morris will contact Vincent Hill in Palmdale. Maximum cost is $15.00/person. We will decide on the place next week. Regular, Equity, Associate, Dependent and Honorary members will receive $15.00 towards their meal--so will founding members and special past members.
