CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order by President Crawford at 2017 hours in Ramon's Restaurant in Rosamond. ROLL CALL Members present: J. Beasley, R. Boone, T. Crawford, D. Frozina, N. Hayes, B. Haynes, J. Madriaga, M. McKinnie, H. Morris, N. Schultz, D. Tate, and A. Way. Past members present: Joel Beckmann, Paul Catapano, Bill Shiverdecker, and Bill Winans. Guests present: Spouses, significant others, and children. DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES Mr. Way moved and Mr. Haynes seconded that the reading of the minutes from the October 2003 regular meeting be waived and that the minutes be approved as written.
