Service with the amount due for our move.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

None.

SPECIAL ORDERS

The following were given out for assistance rendered during our move:

1-Year Honorary Memberships: Tom Fidger and Dave Mueller
  Certificate of Appreciation: Mitchell Yost

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Truck and Crane: Mr. Tate reported that our move was successful, but
occurred on Thursday, 15 April 2004. The crane and trucks arrived at
the old Fairgrounds at 9:30 am and left Granicys at 10:30 pm. Total
cost of the move was just over $9,200.

Edison: Mr. Crawford reported that Edison would not allow us a
separate billable meter, unless Granicys main panel is modified--at
great cost. Mr. Crawford suggested that we obtain some poles, wire,
boxes, meter and meter socket and do it ourselves. Mr. Crawford
estimates the cost will be between $500 and $800.

Phone Lines: Mr. Tate arranged for the phone lines at Granicys to
be dropped to the ground so that the crane would not hit the lines,
and later the lines were replaced.

Press Release: Mr. Frozina wrote a press release for Mr. Tate. Mr. Tate
took the press release to the AV Press, Daily News and Adelphia
Cable. We received coverage from all three.

NEW BUSINESS

Intentions: Mr. Tate directed the Secretary to send an intentions
letter to Ms. Cenkner for dues and assessment fees.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

None.

NEXT MEETING

The next business meeting to be determined. Mr. Tate to call members
with date, time and location.
