CALL TO ORDER President Tate called the meeting to order at 2000 hours in the Club Car at Granicys Square. ROLL CALL Members present: R. Boone, T. Fidger, D. Frozina, M. Lacey, M. McKennie, D. Tate and M. Yost. Guest present: None. DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES Mr. Boone moved and Mr. Fidger seconded that the minutes from the last meeting be approved as written. The motion passed unanimously. COMMUNICATIONS Mr. Frozina reported on mail from: Andy Gump, fence rental bill. OFFICER REPORTS President: Mr. Tate reported that our electrical issues might be with one of our breakers. Mr. Tate had his son-in-law look over Granicy's panel, and didn't believe that it was causing our problems. Vice President: Mr. Fidger had no report. Secretary: Mr. Frozina had no report. Treasurer: Mr. Frozina reported that we're still able to discharge our liabilities and meet our debts. Publicist: Mr. Lacey had no report. Superintendent: Mr. McKennie reported on his vacation to Holland, especially the scenery... COMMITTEE REPORTS Construction: Mr. McKennie had no report. Electrical: Mr. Tate had no report. Grounds: Mr. McKennie had no report. Housekeeping: Mr. Lacey had no report. Rolling Stock: Mr. Madriaga reported that he has been working on the club's rolling stock. Scenery/Structures: Mr. Morris was absent. Track: Mr. Tate had no report.
