CALL TO ORDER President Fidger called the meeting to order at 2000 hours in the Club Car at Granicys Square. ROLL CALL Members present: T. Fidger, D. Frozina, M. Lacey, J. Madriaga, H. Morris, D. Tate and M. Yost. Guest present: None. DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES Mr. Tate moved and Mr. Yost seconded that the minutes from the last meeting be approved as corrected. The motion passed unanimously. COMMUNICATIONS AV Bank, statement; Andy Gump, fence rental bill; Lancaster Redevelopment, brochure; NMRA, Scale Rails magazine; Pomona Valley MRC, swap meet. OFFICER REPORTS President: Mr. Fidger remarked on the lack of adult supervision at our last run night. Vice President: Mr. Lacey reported that he had a good time running the local at our last run night. Secretary: Mr. Frozina had no report. Treasurer: Mr. Tate reported that we are solvent. Publicist: Mr. Morris had no report. Superintendent: Mr. Yost had no report. COMMITTEE REPORTS Construction: Mr. McKennie was absent. Electrical: Mr. Tate reported that the top right breaker in the breaker panel was reseated; this seems to have corrected our electrical issues. Mr. Tate also reported that Mr. McKennie will send the bad throttles back to NCE for repair. Grounds: Mr. McKennie was absent. Housekeeping: Mr. Lacey had no report. Rolling Stock: Mr. Madriaga reported that the Athearn Metrolink cars have new wheels that correct their tendency to derail at switch frogs. Scenery/Structures: Mr. Morris had no report. Track: Mr. Tate reported that he is still working on a bad Tortoise and a bad ground-throw. SPECIAL ORDERS None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS AC Doghouse: Nothing to report. Fence: Nothing to report. Stairs: Nothing to report. Club Cards: Nothing to no report NEW BUSINESS Glue: We need some super glue and plastic cement. ANNOUNCEMENTS None.
