CALL TO ORDER President Fidger called the meeting to order at 2004 hours in the Club Car at Granicys Square. ROLL CALL Members present: T. Fidger, D. Frozina, M. Lacey, C. Stilson and D. Tate. Guest present: None. DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES Mr. Lacey moved and Mr. Fidger seconded that the minutes from the last meeting be approved as written. The motion passed unanimously. COMMUNICATIONS Pomona Valley Model RR Club, swap meet card. OFFICER REPORTS President: Mr. Fidger had no report. Vice President: Mr. Lacey had no report. Secretary: Mr. Frozina reported that the website has (finally) been updated. Treasurer: Mr. Tate reported on our solvency. Publicist: Mr. Morris was absent. Superintendent: Mr. Yost was absent. COMMITTEE REPORTS Construction: Mr. McKennie was absent. Electrical: Mr. Tate reported on the replacement of two fuses in two of our DCC power modules. Grounds: Mr. McKennie was absent. Housekeeping: Mr. Lacey reported that he has been tidying-up. Rolling Stock: Mr. Madriaga was absent. Scenery/Structures: Mr. Morris was absent. Track: Mr. Tate had no report. SPECIAL ORDERS None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS AC Doghouse: The exterior sheeting work was completed by Mr. Morris. We still need two sheets of plywood for the backside. Fence: Nothing to report. Stairs: Nothing to report. Club Cards: Nothing to report. Holiday Banquet: Will be on Sunday, 12/7 from 2 to 6 pm at The Texas Cattle Company in Lancaster. DCC Breakers: Nothing to report. NEW BUSINESS None. ANNOUNCEMENTS None. NEXT MEETING The next regular business meeting will be on Friday, 3 November 2006, at 2000 hours in the Club car.
