Minutes of the November 2006 regular business meeting.

CALL TO ORDER

President Fidger called the meeting to order at 2002 hours in the Club
Car at Granicys Square.

ROLL CALL

Members present: T. Fidger, D. Frozina, J. Madriaga, H. Morris and D. Tate.

Guest present: None.

DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES

Mr. Morris moved and Mr. Frozina seconded that the minutes from the last
meeting be approved as corrected. The motion passed unanimously.

COMMUNICATIONS

AV Bank, statement.

OFFICER REPORTS

President: Mr. Fidger had no report.

Vice President: Mr. Lacey was absent.

Secretary: Mr. Frozina had no report

Treasurer: Mr. Tate reported on we're solvent.

Publicist: Mr. Morris had no report.

Superintendent: Mr. Yost was absent.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

Construction: Mr. McKennie was absent.

Electrical: Mr. Tate had no report.

Grounds: Mr. McKennie was absent.

Housekeeping: Mr. Lacey was absent.

Rolling Stock: Mr. Madriaga had no report.

Scenery/Structures: Mr. Morris had no report.

Track: Mr. Tate had no report.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Nominations for 2007 officers:

Mr. Stilson is now eligible for regular membership. He will be voted upon
the next time he attends a business meeting.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

AC Doghouse: Mr. Tate said that he'd paint the plywood for the back.

Fence: Nothing to report.

Stairs: Nothing to report.

Club Cards: Nothing to report.

Holiday Banquet: Will be on Sunday, 12/17 from 2 to 6 pm at The Texas
Cattle Company in Lancaster. It will be a buffet.

DCC Breakers: Nothing to report.

NEW BUSINESS

None.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

None.

NEXT MEETING

The next regular business meeting will be on Friday, 1 December 2006,
at 2000 hours in the Club car.

ADJOURNMENT

Mr. Tate moved and Mr. Fidger seconded to adjourn the meeting. The motion
passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 2037 hours.
