CALL TO ORDER President Fidger called the meeting to order at 2008 hours in the Club Car at Granicy's Square. DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES None available for approval. COMMUNICATIONS Andy Gump, fence rental bill; NMRA, 2 Scale Rails. OFFICER REPORTS President: Talked to Mitch Yost's wife, he is still working and is only back on Saturdays. Will talk to him about a possible Alternative Membership. Vice President: No report. Secretary: No report. Treasurer: Mr. Tate reported that we are solvent. Publicist: No report. Superintendent: No report. COMMITTEE REPORTS Construction: Mr. McKennie has the Stair Drawings and will bring in a list of needed lumber. He will buy a new fence and we can pay him back so we will not be wasting money on renting one. Electrical: Problems still with the system. Will look at installing second board to help with DCC problem. Grounds: No report. Housekeeping: No report. Rolling Stock: No report. Scenery/Structures: No report. Track: The track was cleaned.
