Club Car on the Antelope Valley Fair Grounds.
The meeting was called to order at the place, on the date and at the time
above written by Mr. Beasley, and there were and there were present the
following members: T. Crawford, D. Frozina, M. Lacey, R. Wetzel, J. Wetzel,
D. Tate, N. Schultz.
The minutes were read and approved as corrected.
Communications -- None.
Officer Reports -- unless mentioned there was no report.
A. Treasurer -- We are solvent.
B. Superintendent -- There is progress of an undetermined nature.
Committee Reports -- unless mentioned there was no report.
A. Rolling Stock -- we have the motors for the other Tunnel Motors.
B. Control -- CTC Board has stripping and switches, the latter thanks
to Don Tate.
C. Housekeeping -- Four flood light bulbs have been installed.
D. Scenery/Structures -- Paper Mill and track to it under construction.
Unfinished Business
A. Cab 2 still nonfunctional.
New Business
A. Crack in Lake is being monitored.
B. Norm to check on holders for club brochures.
C. Moved and seconded to allot $40.00 to repair Cab 2.
D. Norm will contact his friend to beg for a painted backdrop on
lower level.
Special Orders
A. Moved, seconded and passed to elect the nomination committee
suggestions.
Announcements
A. Where or where is the December dinner to be held.
The meeting was closed at 2034 hours.
